Network Administrator
The successful applicant will have the following pre-requiste skills and experience:
Windows NT4/2000 including token ring and Ethernet networking
Must have the ability to work without supervision and have a good knowledge of technical set-ups.
Ideally an industry recognised technical qualification or University equivalent or equivalent technical experience. ( Bach IST / MSCE )
Positive and can do attitude is essential as is the ability to obtain a good work/life balance.

System Engineer
At least 2-3 years experience with windows NT system and UNIX or Linux. Able to perform Database Design tasks as required. Skilled in all aspects of SQL using one or more of the following RDBMS: Oracle, IBM DB2 UDB or SQL Server.

Website Designer
At least 2 years extensive experience building website and web applications would be nice. Skilled in HTML, XML, Javascript and related technologies. Keen in using the following developing packages: Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Flash, Fireworks...

Content Developer
The Content Developer will be responsible for the development of projects involving the creation of GlobalITcert products.

Duties:
Developing content for GlobalITcert exam study guide
Learning new technologies

Skills and educational requirements:
Must have excellent writing and grammatical skills
Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, MIS, or English degrees preferred (GPA. 3.2 or better)
Microsoft, Cisco or Novell certification required
Two or more years experience in education, training, consulting or network support using Microsoft, Cisco or Novell products

Attributes:
Detail-oriented
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge

Technical Editor
Performs duties that include proofreading, basic technical screening, and citation checking of content developed for GlobalITcert products.

Duties:
Reading and correcting documents for grammatical structure, sentence syntax, punctuation, and logical sense
Understanding and being able to apply internal guidelines to the editing process

Skills and educational requirements:
Strong analytical ability
Effective communication ability
Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, MIS, or English degrees preferred (GPA 3.2 or better)
Intermediate computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft products

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of marketing communications in accordance with the marketing strategy.

Duties:
Assist with the development of marketing plans and programs.
Coordinate execution of all direct mail, e-mail marketing, and print advertising campaign activities insuring timely implementation according to the marketing plan.
Coordinate the creation and production of sales, marketing, and/or packaging materials.
Create, compile and produce various reports for use in evaluating and/or managing projects.
Identify areas of weakness in sales of products and develop programs to target those issues.
Determine effectiveness of marketing programs and make recommendations.
Write and edit copy for direct mail, e-mail, marketing brochures, etc...
Collect and analyze market research information on an ongoing basis to quantify market outlook and competitive position.
Manage and coordinate activities in GlobalITcert's affiliate programs.

Skills and educational requirements:

Ability to take general direction/concepts and manage complex projects within deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Access, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
